dark rainbow

This photo you see here is ME! I took it in mybathroom after I did my make up. I had no idea what I was gonna do or if the whole look would come out right, but I tried it and some great success in it looking great. I'm a great fan of maybelline and most of the stuff you see on my face is by maybelline. (except for my blush, that's revlon)

I have four different colors going on.

1) put a base color on your whole lid, preferably a light golden color.
2) then add brown on your inner crease and try smudging it around with your eye brush as much as posssible.
3) I put my eyeliner on, and on the top outer lid, I made a bit of a smudge on it so that I can have a darker emphasis there when I put my purple over it.
4) use your finger to smudge it around and add a dark purple on just that area.
5) add a lighter purple and smudge it, meeting with the brown.

Now that I gave just a small explanation of what I did, I'm pretty sure you can figure out other ways to make it even more creative. I tried this style except with lighter colors, like pink, green, yellow and blue. And that turned out glorious!! I wore my japanese yukata and did that style on my eyes, and I was totally ready for my matsuri. (festival in Japan) Everyone was commenting on it and I was quite happy that it was noticeable enough.
